The Zalatimo family farm in the Jordan Valley produces small-batch olive oil from trees that are hundreds of years old. We cold-press our olives within hours of harvesting to make a fresh, flavorful oil that we’re proud to share with our community.

For every donation of $50, we will gift you a 750ml bottle of olive oil. Unfortunately, shipping costs $30. But for New Yorkers, we will offer local pick up at soon to be determined times and locations. We will distribute funds weekly to one or more of the following organizations: HEAL Palestine, ANERA, UNRWA USA, and MECA.
